Where you can find me

Hey!
I am absent on the blog today because I am a guest blogger at
Living in Yellow.

Honestly,  I was totally scared about writing about my anxiety.
It had been ruling my life for about 6 years before I realized I wasn't myself anymore and that I needed help.
I even asked Erin if I could change my guest post but she said it was awesome and that her readers would connect with my experience and have similar stories.
I am so glad I kept it on her blog.
I even got an email from this amazing girl who went through the same situation as me and thanked me for having the guts to speak about my issues.

That what I LOVE about blogging.
We are all connected, we just need to speak up.

  2. Wow.. Thank you so much for posting that guest post. New follower from Living In Yellow's page. I was on anti-anxiety meds last year but didnt really like the medicine I was prescribed, stopped taking them (big mistake) and now I'm going through that - can't eat and when I do, it's only a couple of bites, I'm sick to my stomach A LOT. It's been going on for at least 6 months. I didnt think that it had to do with any of this but I have no other explanation for it (even took a billion pregnancy tests to make sure it wasn't that). I think I should make a trip to the doctor and see if there's something else.

  3. you are an amazing inspiration to me. i have had serious stomach issues for the last three months, lost a ton of weight and just yesterday my doctor said to me that, since they've ruled everything else out, it may just be related to stress. i was embarrassed and ashamed and didn't want to believe it {and still kind of am in shock}...but your post made me feel so much better. i think that, because of you, i'm going to find a therapist and see if it helps. thank you for being so brave and honest.

  4. Thank you so much for sharing your story today over on Erin's blog! I can't imagine the courage you had to muster up to do that. I love hearing real, raw stories of the struggles many of us go through. I am currently getting my masters in community counseling to be a therapist, so I love when people are open to seeing a therapist. I'm so glad you found something that worked for you! I'm sure your story will help others to feel like they can do it too!
