get my booty in shape!

Summer season is right around the corner. 
Now, I would like to say that I am always bikini ready…
but this girl really likes to snack.
And not always the most healthy of snacks.
I have a major sweet tooth.
Like I would eat all of this.
In one sitting.

But sweets are not going to give me abs, tight thighs and rockin biceps.

But all honesty, I love eating healthy.
Salads, vegetables, juiced fruit and veggies, chicken…
all that good stuff. 
But what gets me off track is the sweets.
Holidays don’t help.

But I have found the secret to getting hot in Orange County…
and I am going to share it with you!

I am not kidding you. 
Just one class and you are going to think
“I have never worked out before this class”.
It’s low impact and it’s tiny movements.
But those tiny movements will make you cry.
The hour is broken down to work your 
Right after my first class, I signed up for a month of unlimited classes.
Like literally still sweating and chugging water, I plunked down my credit card for more. 

That leaves me to my question for you…
How are you getting ready for bikini season??
