30 before 30

I am turning 30 this year. Which is totally cray in my mind, since I still feel like I graduated high school yesterday.
It’s scary to think I am a grown up now.
Soon my twenties will be over! Okay, let’s not talk about it.

But even in my wedding planning craziness,
I hope to do 30 things before my 30th birthday.

1. Buy a meal a special meal for my momma
2. Take a cooking class
3. Take my dog out to the dog park or dog beach, once a month
4. Be a better friend
5. Kill a spider instead of calling for E
6. Donate more to the Orange County Animal Shelter
7. Stop making excuses to not work out
8. Be nicer to my family
9. Sign up for a race
10. Clean out my closet
11. GET MARRIED
12. Make a gallery wall, finally
13. Go to Target just once and only get items on the list
14. Take Ernie out to a nice dinner
15. Eat vegetarian one day a week
16. Finish all Harry Potter books
17. Give care packages to the homeless
18. Pay for the drink behind me at Starbucks
19. Get more plants for the patio and keep them alive
20. Save money in a savings account
21. Take Ernie jet-skiing
22. Wear high heels when out with the girls
23. Take more outfit pictures
24. Learn to play tennis
25. Go to a Anaheim Ducks game
26. Spend the day at an Orange County beach
27. Meet my weight loss goal
28. Pay off my debt (excluding student loans)
29. Advertise Soiree Sitters on a major wedding blog
30. Learn to use my DSLR

So I gotta get crackin’ on this list since I have until September to try and finish this.

Have you done anything on this list or made one for yourself?

SUCH a good idea!! I too will be turning 30 this year and I am NOT looking forward to it!! I also feel like I just graduated high school (but a mature high schooler, come’on). Seriously think I may have to do one of these too, maybe it won’t make turning 30 so bad! I will link up to you if I post a similar list, to give you credit for my inspiration girl!

love love love them all. You should go to the ducks game this Sunday :) I’ll be thereeeeee, but if not, let me know what you’re gonna go, so Joey and I can go. We’re trying to hit as many as we can since the season is so short.

I am proud to say that I have killed a spider by myself. Mostly because my hubby was at work, and it was going to eat my puppies. Though usually I grab my cat and make her kill it. (which usually doesn’t work)

I have kinda a list like that, might add a couple of yours to it too.

#13 is hilarious. I think it’s happened maybe twice in all of my Target career. so sad.
Clean out your closet and organize it? that is right up my alley. I do mine on the regular. Although I do have a hard time letting go it makes me that much happier when it’s clutter free.
And I love your list by the way!
Congrats on finding a dress too! thats super exciting!!
